I don’t see your phone number, how do I talk to you?

Our preference is to communicate via email which allows us to keep a complete and accurate record of the correspondence between our clients and ourselves. There may be times when it is important to contact you by phone and we will consider this when the time arrives.

What forms of payment do you accept and what is your payment policy?

At this time I only accept payment through PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal, you only need to use their services to make payment through their safe and secure servers. You may use all major credit cards, please visit PayPal for more information.

Will I have any additional costs?

Additional costs will arise in the form of: domain name purchase, domain name hosting, any stock images you may wish to purchase to spice up you site, any special plug-ins or widgets you request which may have fees attached to them, any outside accounts you require to be set-up on your behalf which have a fee. Every site is different and we will provide you with the cost of any upgrades or extra items that you might request.

Do I get the graphics and all files used to create my site?

Yes, all the graphics and all files will be sent to you once the site is fully paid for and launched. This way you have all the necessary files to make any changes without requiring the use of a designer in the future. Some files may be in a format which require specific programs to use: currently we are using Adobe CS5 for most of our file manipulation.

How long will it take to finish and launch my website?

It all depends on how large your site will be and if you have the content ready to populate your site. Typically, we can have a site ready to launch within 5 business days. If you have completed the online Web Design Form in full and supplied us with all the content, images, and files we will be ready to launch your site within this time frame. Once we receive the deposit required, we will commence building your site to your specifications.

How does the proofing process work?

We will have a good idea of your needs prior to starting the design/layout process. Once we have a ‘template’ approved, we will populate the site with your content. At this time you will be provided with a ‘sneak peak’ at your site to ensure we are on track. Once approval is given at this point we will complete the file population with your information. The site will launch when final payment is received. Passwords will not be given to you to control the site until payment is received in full.

What happens if I am not happy with my finished site?

Our goal is to ensure a great working relationship with every client and we will strive to ensure we are meeting your requirements. After the proofing stage is approved, we will not refund your deposit as that will have covered work to that point and all the initial domain purchases. Once work has started on your site, a refund cannot be given but we can terminate our agreement if you choose to, but you would then relinquish your deposit.

Can I get a refund?

After work has started on your site, a refund will not be given. The reason for this is the initial set-up time involved and purchases of templates, domain names, and hosting is included in the initial deposit. Domain names and hosting are set up in the name of the client and would be given to the client at this point, but digital files would not be supplied.

Can I change or alter the design at a future date?

Absolutely! The site is yours and after initial launch it is important you have the ability to change it if you see fit. Our belief is that you have paid for the site and all the files attached to it, if you want to change it you can.
